Zendaya Was Outright Asked If She’s Engaged By A Journalist Who Spotted Her Eye-Catching Ring At The Golden Globes, And Her Apparent Reaction Has Got People Talking

By now, you’ve probably seen all the buzz around Zendaya’s eye-catching ring at the 2025 Golden Globes.

But for those who missed it, Zendaya stepped out at Sunday night's award show in a custom Louis Vuitton dress, a Bvlgari necklace, and a very noticeable diamond ring on her left ring finger.

While Zendaya also wore a ring on her right ring finger, the Los Angeles Times reported that the one on her left hand was not highlighted in a Bvlgari press release mentioning the rest of her jewelry.

Naturally, tons of people started speculating that Zendaya might be engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Tom Holland.

Well, it turns out that during the night, a journalist actually asked Zendaya the question we've all been thinking.

According to the LA Times, a “recently engaged” reporter caught Zendaya’s eye in the ballroom by holding up her left hand and pointing at her own ring.

Zendaya apparently “responded by flashing her own bling on her left hand.” Then, the outlet reports, the journalist outright asked, “Are you engaged?”

Per the LA Times, Zendaya “smiled coyly and shrugged her shoulders mysteriously” as she repeatedly showed her ring.

As this report from the Times began doing the rounds online, several social media users have further speculated that Zendaya is engaged.

“WHAT?????” one tweet read. “OH MY GOD???” someone wrote.

“WHAT DOES THIS MEAN,” another post read.
